*If a client requires immediate drafting with no
allowance for an appointment, there will be an additional charge of £50 on top
of the drafting fee.
*If a client is a self-employed sole trader
there will be an additional charge of £75 on top of the drafting fee.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A signed contract will be entered
into which will include the agreed fees and other related information as well
as a confidentiality agreement.
Payments for retainer packages
are to be made at the beginning of each period either by cheque, bank transfer
or standing order.
Payment
for all other services will be payable within 10 days of invoice which will be
submitted with the completed assignment, but in certain circumstances payment
may be required prior to completion of assignment.
DICUS LTD is not VAT registered
therefore all fees are exclusive of VAT.
Termination details will be
incorporated into the individual agreements.
It is the Client’s responsibility
to proof read all documents produced on their behalf.
Work will be produced using
Microsoft Office 2007 applications.
For insurance purposes, personal
visitors are not permitted to the premises of DICUS LTTD.
